Rates & Terms

Standard Sessions

  • In-person session (Practice): CHF 150.00 / hour
  • Online session: CHF 130.00 / hour

Home Visits Home visits are available within a defined radius of Zurich (subject to availability). Rates are based on distance:

  • Within 10 km: CHF 150.00 / hour
  • 10 to 20 km: CHF 155.00 / hour
  • Over 20 km: CHF 165.00 / hour
  • Note: For distances over 20 km, additional travel fees apply (CHF 0.70 to 1.00 per km).

Important Guidelines

1. Booking & Availability Home visits must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Availability may be limited to specific days and times.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling I understand that plans can change. To ensure fair practice operations, the following conditions apply:

  • Up to 24 hours before the appointment: Free rescheduling possible.
  • Within 24 hours: 50% of the fee will be charged.
  • Within 12 hours or no-show: 100% of the fee will be charged.

3. Session Requirements Effective counseling requires a quiet, private space. This can be at your home or another agreed-upon location. Please ensure that we can work undisturbed to guarantee the quality of the session.

4. Payment Terms Payment is due in advance or immediately after the session.

  • Payment methods: TWINT or cash.
  • Additional costs (e.g., parking fees or session extensions) will be invoiced separately.

Health Insurance Recognition Sessions for Autogenic Training can be reimbursed through supplementary insurance (ASCA or EMR). Please clarify the details regarding cost coverage directly with your insurance provider in advance.
